Bo Krejci came very highly recommended by trusted friends/neighbors who were former clients. Although the purchase of their home was years ago, Bo still remained friends with them. I thoroughly understand why! This sale, although odd in nature, became a dream come true. I did not want an open house, nor did I want lots of people walking through the house due to the pandemic. As it ended up, I had an accident just when I listed the house, so the house sale was suspended almost immediately. During my convalescence, Bo kept in constant contact with me checking on if he could assist me in some way. Knowing that I was unable to go up and down the stairs, he came regularly to ensure my dehumidifier and other house items were functioning properly. Bo kept me apprised of inquiries he was receiving about the house and suggested that I should consider showing my home to this one prospective buyer. He had explained my predicament that I was convalescing from the car accident, vetted them thoroughly and negotiated a package with them which enabled me to stay in my home until I was physically ready to leave. I agreed to the showing and the terms set forth and, with that one visit, they purchased my home. The closing was quick and hassle free. The only sad part of this entire process is that I won’t be dealing with Bo any longer. Bo Krejci is no longer my broker, but he has now become a friend who comes very highly recommended as a broker who gets the job done and cares!

We had no idea how to upgrade our house for sale, and what little we had was way off as far as being marketable. Bo really helped us with that, and we really liked the result. We had so many problems with trying to get through the move this year, with the crazy market, pandemic, and other health issues. We were worried that Bo would just dump us for easier sales but he absolutely didn't. He stuck with us and always provided helpful feedback.

Bo is one of the best real estate reps I've had the opportunity to work with.
