WHAT DO WE ASK FOR OUT OF ALL THESE REPORTS
-I will help prepare a written request of repair items, we want
the Seller to address.
-Help negotiate the repair items, that all parties agree to
having addressed.
-Ensure the Seller addresses our repair items, in a timely
matter prior to closing.
-Provide receipts / photos of repairs.
-Perform a Walkthrough Prior to closing, ensuring property
is conditionally acceptable.
- Set up Utilities, I will provide you a list to assist you.
- Schedule the Wire transfer at least 1 Day prior to closing.
- Confirm closing Attorney has received the funds.
- Bring two photo ID's
- Walk in with a huge smile on your face.
PRIOR TO MOVING IN
- Consultation with remodeling / construction specialist.
- Schedule for repairs. Let me know if you need a Contractor

- Change Amazon, Food / Grocery apps with your new Home
Address.
